Solar Power Plants
August 10, 2011 – A no cost solution to having your own Solar Power Plant
Green Core Funding has secured a Solar Panel vendor that will install a solar power plant on a person’s land if they own the land free and clear and also if they have a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) from the local utility.
In return for fronting the investment on the panels and installation – the solar company will charge the land owner a lease amount which is less than the total amount of power generated for the land owner. This will in turn create a positive cash flow position for the land owner.
